We are able to offer advice and support to those who share our goal of doing housing differently, and we can help create opportunities for professionals in the field. The community-led sector is growing rapidly and challenges organisations to work differently by including community groups in the development process. We can provide advice about best practice and show you how to balance the needs of all stakeholders in a project.
Creating opportunities by connecting stakeholders

Housing is expensive, and projects are often reliant on complex grant funding from multiple sources. GM Community Led Homes has experience in supporting organisations and community groups in achieving funding solutions for projects.
